How this tracker works#

Each row gives the date, the parties, the sector, the value as disclosed (with its source) and the status.

  • Sources. Each entry is confirmed against a release from the issuer, the exchange or the government wherever one exists.
  • Press-only items are marked reported by [outlet], [date]. They are never shown as completed unless a party to the deal has confirmed completion.
  • Values. A value appears only if a party disclosed it. Otherwise it reads "undisclosed". We do not estimate.
  • Status:
    • announced: agreed or disclosed, but not completed;
    • approved: board or regulatory approval given;
    • signed: contract executed;
    • completed: closed or settled.
  • Order. Rows are newest first and are added on each daily scan.
